Moving in, made gentle

Choosing a care home is a big, often anxious decision. We try to make the process itself as calm and unhurried as the homes are.

  1. 1

    Get in touch

Call or send an enquiry. We’ll listen to your situation and talk through which of our homes might suit — no pressure, no hard sell.

  2. 2

    Come for a visit

Look around, meet the team, stay for a cup of tea. Bring whoever you’d like. Seeing a home is worth more than any brochure.

  3. 3

    A gentle assessment

So we can be sure we’re the right home, we’ll arrange a care needs assessment — a friendly conversation about health, routines and what matters most.

  4. 4

    Settling in

Once everything’s agreed, we help with the move itself — familiar things first, a room made ready, and a team who already know a little about your relative before they arrive.

Fees & funding

Clear, honest costs

Fees vary by home, room and level of care, and we’d rather give you a real figure for your situation than a headline number that turns out not to apply. We’ll set out costs plainly, and point you to any funding or local-authority support you may be entitled to.

Per-home weekly fees and funding guidance would be confirmed with you directly — and we can publish an up-to-date fees guide here once agreed.

Types of care

The right home for the need

Our homes support a range of residential care needs. The exact CQC-registered care types at each home — residential, nursing, dementia or respite — would be confirmed on a short discovery call and shown accurately per home.
